Prologue:

Trees rustled, whispering almost. The clouds shrouded. The forest making it hard to see five steps ahead of you. In the roots of a tree was a hole, a fox’s hole to be exact. A slim red-colored fox lay her head buried in her paws. Voices mocked her in her head, but one stood out ``YOU UNGRATEFUL LITTLE TOAD, YOU LET ME DIE, YOU ARE A DISGRACE.`` That was her mothers voice. It had repeated in her head so many times she had gotten a headache for 3 days straight. Her mother died last week. Those were her final words, which was probably why she died quicker.

Flashbacks tackled the young vixen's mind, her mothers gash in her throat gushing out blood, while yelling at her child who stood helplessly. The tears in her eyes gushing as much as her mothers  blood. The vixen shook her head and clawed her way out of the hole. Stars shone with glory and the moon was full tonight. The clouds moved out of the light of the moon and shone down on the young vixen. She closed her eyes. Then flashes of a coyote, a black wolf, a coastal wolf , an albino wolf, and a fox joining together to fight a large wolf.

Great moons above that- that was a prophecy! And, I'm in it! I must have to find the others in the prophecy

“NO YOU LIZARD ITS JUST YOUR STUPID IMAGINATION, GROW UP!” A voice barked in her head. She sat down rubbing her head. Her headache was getting worse. She padded back to her den and curled her body in a tight circle. The young vixen sighed, she knew she wouldn't get to sleep tonight.

As the young vixen lay awake in her den, far away was a coyote running away from her home.

She forced her paws to go after the coyote. "Faster, faster," she told herself. The moon glittered, in its full glory, on the large canyon landscape. A small ravine split the towering red rocks. It teemed with sharp rocks and stalacmites, not ideal for swimming. The coyote slowed to a stop, her chest rising and falling quickly. She continued to walk, with determination in her eyes. Soon, as the sun rose, she found a small cave with the same ravine running through it. A small smile split her face `Much better than my pack's cave`` she growled softly ``my old pack that is.`` At this moment she had forgotten all about them, she was happy and most importantly, free.

The rest of the story is in process and will become an ebook. Let me know how you like the story thus far.

Many thanks
